Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Database Developer
with 4–6 years of experience to join our data team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
SQL Server
,
Snowflake
, and
Power BI
, with a passion for building efficient, scalable, and insightful data solutions. Knowledge of
Python
is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using SQL Server and Snowflake.
  • Build and optimize ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other developers to understand data requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Document database structures, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in database development and data engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server – including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake – including data warehousing and cloud integration.
  • Proficiency in Power BI – building dashboards, DAX, and data visualization.
  • Good understanding of data modeling and relational database concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Have

  • Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and data tools.
