Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Project Engineer/Manager located in Bengaluru. The position involves managing and overseeing various real estate projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Key tasks include coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, implementing project plans, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves regular communication and reporting to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in the real estate sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Should have worked as Project engineer for high rise residential project
  • Minimum 6 years experience
  • Technically should be very sound and updated with all government norms
