Executive Assistant/Office Manager

- Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including answering phones, responding to emails, and drafting documents, emails, and reports. Knowledge of computers is mandatory with excellent communications skills in English.
- Administrative support: which includes filing, record-keeping, submitting expense reports, and handling confidential information with discretion & overall office management
- Meeting and event planning: Organize internal and external meetings, as well as company events.
- Project and research support: Assist with any projects, conduct research, and prepare presentations and reports to support decision-making.
- Liaison: Act as a point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Travel coordination: Arrange all aspects of business and sometimes personal travel, including flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
- Reporting: will be to multiple Directors
Required skills and qualifications
- Organizational skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities are crucial for managing a wide range of tasks.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for drafting correspondence and interacting with others.
- Tech proficiency: Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other productivity platforms is essential.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills are needed to handle varied tasks
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
