Administrative Support Intern - Global Business Services

Work mode: Hybrid

Szukamy Staysty/Staystki ds. Wsparcia Administracyjnego, ktry/ktra doczy do zespow HR i Global Business Services (GBS), zapewniajc kluczowe wsparcie w krajach regionu EMEA. Na tym stanowisku bdziesz odpowiada za zadania administracyjne, koordynacj przepywu informacji oraz sprawn komunikacj midzy zespoami i pracownikami. Na co dzie bdziesz pracowa w systemach ServiceNow, SuccessFactors i SAP obsugujc zgoszenia, dbajc o poprawno danych i wspierajc usprawnianie procesw.

Zakres Twoich zada
  • Wsparcie administracyjne dla zespow HR oraz GBS Payroll w regionie EMEA.
  • Zarzdzanie i aktualizacja treci (np. FAQ) na wewntrznym portalu HR.
  • Przygotowywanie i uruchamianie raportw ad hoc dla interesariuszy wewntrznych.
  • Eksport, porzdkowanie i uzgadnianie danych na potrzeby raportowania.
  • Analiza danych kadrowych (employee master data) oraz dbao o ich poprawno w systemach.
  • Wsparcie testw i tworzenia dokumentacji w projektach automatyzacji.

  • Biega znajomo jzyka angielskiego i niemieckiego (poziom min. B2 ); dodatkowe jzyki bd atutem.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejtnoci organizacyjne i administracyjne.
  • Dobra znajomo pakietu Microsoft Office oraz gotowo do szybkiej nauki nowych systemw.
  • Dokadno, umiejtno analitycznego mylenia i rozwizywania problemw.
  • Umiejtno pracy samodzielnej i zespoowej w rodowisku wielokulturowym.
  • Doskonae zarzdzanie czasem i priorytetami.
