Job Description

Summary

As an Intern for the Order Management team, youll perform support in internal tools transactions (Oracle, MyO, EOM), documentation preparation in view of deliveries & installations, and administrative interactions with the local warehouse, logistics, and finance team.

You will execute standard tasks and typically be subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete tasks/duties based on changing work situations.

Type of contract: contract of mandate
Duration of contact: 12 months

Responsibilities:
  • Acting as an information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate, and disseminate information from/to all team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy.
  • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Provide support in internal tools transactions to the Order Management team.
  • Liaise with local warehouse, logistics, finance, and service teams to facilitate documentation and tools update.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with speed and accuracy.
  • Availability to work at least 35h/week (must have).
  • Fluent in English and Polish (must have).
  • Ability to learn fast and be a team player.
  • Very good time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum supervision.

  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right the first time.
  • Ability to multitask and be resourceful.
