"Scope for all Classic & New FUSO vehicles sold in International markets
Lead the CS diagnostic team to ensure launch readiness of entire software and hardware diagnostic tools for the new products and change management for existing models.
Managing E2E process for diagnostic solutions such as Authoring, Testing, Release and Market Management
Adopt new methods & follow standard practices to constantly improve service levels for customers
Develop technologically advanced diagnostic solutions to improve CE/CX (Customer Experience)."

1    Diagnostics development and Market Support %
"1. Drive the Diagnostics development program for Fuso and Special tool development 
2. Ensure the readiness of tools with relevant HW/SW/Interface at the market as per NV launch guidelines
3. Responsible for ensuring the distribution of license to the retail network, renewal management and license control
4. Ensure CeBID security standards for diagnostic authentication
5. Ensure thorough engagement with International markets ( RC's,GD's, MPC), and seamlessly address the market queries and achieve customer satisfaction. 
6. Also ensure continues improvement to reduce the customer concerns thru FAQ's, trainings and improved content development.

"Reduce Complexity / Cost of ownership for GDs on diagnostic hardware & software.
Also acheive cost neutral diagnostic function by optimising development cost & increasing licence revenues."

3    Service Engineering and Special tools %
"Based on service checks inputs during the project phase, conceptualize the special tool to resolve the serviceability issue
Ensure defined special tools are affordable, easy to use and provide impact on reduced labour hours for the repair operations
Ensure all the FRM codes are updated in FUSO ASCENT and FALCON systems"

7) Qualification
・Education
Equivalent or higher than university level with knowledge for mechanical, Mechatronics or electronics engineering

・Experience
Working experience in automotive industry with strong experience in CS Value chain functions esp Aftermarket Diagnostics development area

・Specific knowledge
"Basic mechanical knowledge. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). English Language is required. Japanese Language will be added advantage"
