About the Role

We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 2+ years of Canva expertise to craft visually striking, brand-aligned designs for both local and global audiences. You'll create impactful social media content, marketing materials, and digital assets, bringing fresh ideas while maintaining design consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Adapt and localize designs to appeal to international markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all creative deliverables.
  • Create presentations, infographics, templates, and other visual assets for multiple platforms.
  • Research and apply global design trends to keep content innovative and engaging
  • Optimize designs for various formats and platform requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years professional experience designing with Canva (portfolio required)
  • Proven experience creating social media posts for different industries
  • Exposure to international audiences and ability to design for diverse cultural preferences
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in other design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
  • Knowledge of image optimization for digital and social platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Video editing skills (Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies
  • Experience creating brand kits and design systems
  • Ability to design for both B2B and B2C audiences
