Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, located in Delhi. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content that meets the needs of YES Italy's marketing and branding strategies. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, logos, and typography, as well as developing cohesive branding materials. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand identity and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative graphics, banners, posters, infographics, and other marketing materials for digital and print.
  • Edit and produce engaging videos for social media ads, promotional content, YouTube, and reels/shorts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Work on motion graphics, animations, and video transitions for added creativity.
  • Stay updated with design and social media trends to produce fresh, modern, and appealing content.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Canva and other quick-design platforms.
  • Proven experience in video editing (short-form and long-form content).
  • Understanding of aspect ratios, resolutions, and formats for different social media platforms.
  • Creative eye for layout, typography, colors , and storytelling.
  • Ability to take feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Basic knowledge of sound editing and colour correction is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.
