Opening for QA Lead (EPC Project) - Delhi location

Location: Cannaught Place, Regional Office Delhi

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at RO Delhi. This is a senior-level role requiring a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in engineering and a proven track record in quality management within the energy sector.

Key Requirements:


• Bachelors degree in Engineering from a reputed institute with strong academic credentials.

• 1015 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the energy sector.

• Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in the renewable energy domain is highly desirable.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organizations Quality Management Policy.

• Ensure high standards of quality across all operational areas.

• Establish and maintain quality guidelines; identify and rectify defects.

• Drive efficiency and cost reduction through quality initiatives.

• Oversee inspection and testing of power projects, especially in renewables.

• Lead data analysis, defect management, report generation, and audits.

• Maintain quality documentation and foster a culture of quality excellence.

• Monitor daily project QA activities and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Set and track QA goals; regularly update the QMS.

• Coordinate with external QA auditors and ensure legal compliance.
