Roles & Responsibilities


• Maintenance of Plant Equipment:

Oversee the routine maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and PLC-based systems in the plant. Ensure all machines, equipment, and electrical systems are functioning optimally.

  • Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of faults in electrical and mechanical equipment. Identify problems, repair or replace faulty parts, and ensure timely resolutions to minimize production downtime.


• Preventive Maintenance:

Implement a preventive maintenance schedule to avoid unexpected breakdowns and increase the lifespan of equipment. Regularly inspect machines and systems for any signs of wear or potential failure.


• System Monitoring & Optimization:

Monitor PLC systems, electrical panels, motors, and other equipment, making adjustments to optimize performance. Suggest improvements or upgrades where necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.


• Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other maintenance team members and production teams to coordinate work and ensure minimal disruption to plant operations.


• Compliance and Safety:

Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Perform safety checks and maintain a safe working environment.


• Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks. Prepare reports on maintenance activities and recommend improvements.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems, electrical and mechanical maintenance.

  • Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostics in a manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with industrial machines, press machines, and sheet metal operations.

  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55, ₹60,000.00 per month
