We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Multi-Lingual Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a Work From Home position, offering flexibility and convenience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers in multiple Indian languages, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner from your home office.
  • Provide accurate information about Nearwala's products and services in Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Gujarati, and Hindi.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least three of the following languages: Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Gujarati, and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
