Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the compensation practices are compliant with all statutory requirements and labour laws including but not limited to Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Scheme of India, Professional Tax, Minimum Wages, Shops and Establishments Act, etc.
  • Coordinating with different functions within the organization such as HR, Operations, MIS, and Finance to prepare monthly payroll inputs.
  • Assisting in streamlining critical HR Operations in the HRMS.
  • Overseeing, managing, and administering employee benefits.
  • Assist in performing salary benchmarking and compensation surveys for the organization.
  • Resolving employee queries on compensation and related matters.
