Job Description - Dot Net Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET-based solutions.

  • Define application architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives and technicalstandards.

  • Create architectural blueprints, technical designs, and integration plans.

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead the development team in best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Mentor and guide developers on technical issues and architectural decisions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Project Oversight:

  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment andsupport.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

  • Review and approve code, designs, and documentation.

Innovation and Optimization:

  • Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve application performance anddevelopment efficiency.

  • Optimize system architecture for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other architects, business analysts, and project managers to align solutions with enterprise standards.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Key Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies (.NET Core,ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-driven, SOA, etc.).

  • Proficient in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

  • Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Familiarity with security best practices in application development.

  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
