Architecture Design:- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET-based solutions.- Define application architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives and technicalstandards.- Create architectural blueprints, technical designs, and integration plans.Technical Leadership:- Lead the development team in best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.- Mentor and guide developers on technical issues and architectural decisions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Project Oversight:- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment andsupport.- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.- Review and approve code, designs, and documentation.Innovation and Optimization:- Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve application performance anddevelopment efficiency.- Optimize system architecture for performance, reliability, and maintainability.- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.Collaboration:- Work closely with other architects, business analysts, and project managers to align solutions withenterprise standards.- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.Key Qualifications:Educational Background:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Technical Expertise:- 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies (.NET Core,ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).- Strong understanding of architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-driven, SOA, etc.).- Proficient in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor.- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).- Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Skills and Competencies:- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.- Familiarity with security best practices in application development.- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Soft Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time
