Coupang's recruiters play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of positions and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will also function as an ambassador, championing Coupang's leadership principles and corporate culture

Recruit talent for Coupang's rapidly expanding business by engaging with candidates, gathering market intelligence, communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and driving best practices across our recruitment organization. Employ a data-driven approach to recruiting. Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
