
Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management:
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records of the sales staff.
- Coordinate with HR and team leads for any discrepancies.
- Geo Tracking:
- Track the real-time location and movement of sales staff via GPS/Geo tracking tools.
- Ensure proper field coverage and reporting.
- Travel Claims Processing:
- Collect, verify, and process travel reimbursement claims from the sales team.
- Maintain logs and ensure timely approvals and settlements.
- Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact between sales staff and dealers for smooth communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily plans, updates, and issue resolution.
- MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain various MIS reports related to attendance, sales performance, and field activities.
- Share regular updates with management and concerned departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
