Role: Project Planning, Control, Engineering, Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer coordination & weekly project status reporting
  • Project planning (bar charts), monitoring, and delay/forecast analysis
  • Cross-department follow-ups and material planning (indents, receipts, readiness)
  • Documentation & drawing issue management (to customers, TPI, QC)
  • Dispatch planning (packing list, intimation)
  • Site execution planning (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, automation, instrumentation)
  • Contractor/vendor management (cranes, insulation, agencies, manpower)
  • Site management (safety, statutory compliances, expense budgeting/tracking)
  • Project completion (installation, handover, O&M, certifications, customer feedback)
  • Data & reporting (SAP database, ISO documentation, DMS implementation
  • Education & Experience
  • BE (Mechanical) with 10–12 years in technical manufacturing/EPC (Process field preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MRP/ERP systems

Skills

  • Strong in technical drawing/spec review, project execution & control
  • Capable of multi-tasking, customer/vendor management, risk handling
  • Excellent in information flow & cross-functional coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
