Business: Corp & Inst Banking
Principal responsibilities
- Management of the plan, milestones, RAG status and progress tracking for the respective initiative
- Be accountable for all reporting for the programme(s) and initiatives
- Facilitate the governance structure required for the vertical and feed into central PMO forums where required
- Supporting management of dependencies, including internal and external dependencies
- Coordination of all change requests and management of the change request process, ensuring submitted CRs meet required standards and are tracked
- Actively capture and monitor risks and issues to ensure issues are resolved promptly and that risks are managed with mitigating actions agreed and tracked
- Responsible for all Clarity reporting & record management
- Hold deep dive review meetings with all project managers when required
- Support resource tracking and the onboarding and off boarding for the vertical and communicating and reporting as appropriate
- Support the production of information used in bespoke and ad-hoc communications
- Maintaining organisation structures for programme and initiative
Customers / Stakeholders
Primary customers are:
- CCM functional teams
- Business lines – CIB
- Functional Teams – e.g. Risk, Group Finance
- Operational support teams
- Group & Regional teams
- Other Risk sub-functions – global and regional
- The Associate Director, PMO will work with senior management and programme sponsors to help plan the programme and will continuously report progress, status and issues to this group.
Other stakeholders on projects will include (as demanded by specific project need):
- Other IT delivery functions
- Other Transformation functions
- Regulatory authorities
- Other service delivery functions
- Data service providers
- Software, data and service vendors
- The Associate Director, PMO will interact equally with senior management of stakeholder groups and line staff as necessary. Governance should be in accordance with Group standards policy and procedures.

- Leads programme performance and governance
- Promotes and takes accountability for programme quality and seeks to identify opportunities to improve reporting quality
