Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Mohali district. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces by applying design thinking principles, conducting user research, and crafting intuitive visual designs. You will also create interactive prototypes and contribute to enhancing the overall user experience (UX) of digital products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, will be a key part of this position to ensure the effective implementation of design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand and address user needs systematically
  • Strong skills in Visual Design and creating aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces
  • Experience in crafting seamless User Experience (UX) solutions, including wireframing and user flows
  • Ability to build interactive prototypes to test and validate design solutions
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus
