**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** UI Design**: Design visually engaging and functional interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets, using **Figma**.
- ** UX Design**: Collaborate in creating user personas, user flows, journey maps, and conduct usability testing to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience.
- ** Prototyping**: Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts, and iterate on feedback to improve user interactions.
- ** User Research**: Assist with user research activities (surveys, interviews, usability testing) and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs. Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to understand user needs and business goals.
- ** Design Systems**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency across all products.
- ** Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process and user experience.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in **UI/UX design** or similar roles.
- ** Proficiency in Figma**: Strong experience in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- ** UI Design Skills**: Understanding of layout design, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create beautiful and effective interfaces.
- ** UX Design Skills**: Knowledge of UX principles, wireframing, user flows, and usability testing. Experience in conducting user research is a plus.
- ** Collaboration**: Ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and precision, ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and aligned with project goals.
- ** Portfolio**: A strong portfolio that demonstrates both UI and UX design work, with a focus on user-centered design solutions.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience in **responsive design** for web and mobile apps.
- Familiarity with **HTML/CSS** or basic front-end development.
- Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) is a plus.
- Experience in **Agile** or **Scrum** environments.
