Role Overview:

Lead a high-performing sales team to drive enrollment for premium Digital Marketing and AI courses. Manage targets, coach team members, and ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Manage the sales funnel and monitor KPIs via CRM tools

Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs

Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth delivery

Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients

Requirements:

5+ years quota-carrying sales experience (minimum 1 year in leadership)

Fluent in English & Tamil

Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales goals

Strong CRM skills and
EdTech experience preferred

Own laptop & cellphone (company number provided)
