Team Manager Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead our sales operations in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Role & responsibilities
- Managing a team of sales consultants and guiding them to meet and exceed sales targets
- Actively working on qualified leads, conducting follow-ups, arranging site visits, and supporting deal closures
- Training new team members and guide them reach goals
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or any customer-facing service industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Result-oriented, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Demonstrates high levels of ownership, accountability, and enthusiasm
- Graduate or higher educational qualification required
