We are currently seeking a SAP PM to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Work experience:

• 10-12 years' experience in SAP and in an SAP project management role for 5+ years.
• Experience in managing SAP Implementation, upgrade/enhancement, AMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• This involves developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks.
• The role also requires strong communication skills to provide regular updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

1. Resource Management:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, functional/business analysts, and technical infrastructure teams.
• Manage AMS projects and manage resources to meet SLAs and service window/coverage.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status, and facilitate communication among team members.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

1. Change Management:

• Facilitate change management and user adoption, ensuring smooth transition to new SAP systems.

1. Post-Implementation Reviews:

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for future projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes.
• Project Management Methodologies: Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP systems.

Work Location : Client Premises – Bidadi, Bengaluru – onsite - all days.
