About the Role

We are looking for a Specification Manager to drive product approvals with government departments, PSUs, defense establishments, and leading private institutions. The role requires strong networking with architects, consultants, and decision-makers to ensure Naveen Tiles is specified in BOQs and projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Get Naveen Tiles approved in government & private institutions.
  • Build relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure products are specified in tenders and BOQs.
  • Track upcoming institutional projects & generate new opportunities.
  • Travel extensively across India to meet stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engg., Architecture, or Business Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Specifications (Tiles, Cement, Paints, or related).
  • Strong institutional and architect network.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Base Location: Bangalore (with pan-India travel).
