Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Job Summary:

The Analyst, Sales Operations supports telecommunication and service management functions to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining voice/video systems, analyzing business requirements, and supporting order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telecommunication operations, installations, and maintenance.
  • Design, test, and troubleshoot voice/video systems.
  • Maintain ITIL documentation, standards, and procedures.
  • Analyze business needs and develop technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Support Order Management (STS/OTC) processes and related operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in STS Order Management or Order-to-Cash (OTC) domains.
  • Prior support experience in similar roles preferred.
