Library And Cafe Manager

If so, Nuk Library and Cafe is looking for you to join us as a library manager In this position, you will be responsible for not only overseeing the day-to-day operations of our library, cowork space and cafe, but also help in the growth of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. You will help improve the social media and internet presence of the library besides helping with marketing strategy of the business.
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer service: Interact with customers, understand and address their needs. Help in conversions with library and cowork subscriptions.
2. Library operations: Oversee day to day library, cowork and cafe operations. Must be totall y hands-on with all ground level operations.
3. Staff supervision: Oversee, coach, and appraise library staff.
4. Social media marketing and campaigns: Regularly post on Instagram and Facebook, improve position on Google
5. Program and Event Management: Organize and implement library programs and events.
6. Inventory management: Manage inventory of library and cafe
7. Policy implementation: Enforce library policies and procedures
8. Business growth: Look for opportunities to grow business
