Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Bengaluru. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards for food and beverage quality, managing staff, handling inventory, and meeting sales targets. The role requires effective communication with team members and customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service Sales skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Previous experience in a cafe or similar food service environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
