Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA / Test Engineer to join our team.

In this individual contributor role, you will be an integral part of our full-stack Salesforce

solution delivery, focusing on driving quality and accelerating the application lifecycle. You

will leverage your expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) to ensure the highest standards

of quality across all integrations.

What You'll Do:


• Test Planning and Strategy:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand

integration requirements and develop detailed test plans, including test scenarios,

test cases, and acceptance criteria.


• Test Execution:
Perform comprehensive functional, integration, and regression

testing for MuleSoft integrations.


• Automation:
Design and implement automated test scripts to boost efficiency and

increase test coverage. Setup & utilize various testing frameworks and tools such as

Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), Tosca for automation.


• Defect Management:
Identify, document, and prioritize defects, working closely with

development teams to ensure timely resolution.


• Collaboration:
Engage with developers, business analysts, and other teams to

understand business processes and integration points. Participate in project

meetings and provide regular testing status updates.


• Reporting:
Generate comprehensive test reports for management and stakeholders,

providing valuable input on the overall quality of implemented solutions.


• Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging

trends in MuleSoft and Salesforce testing. Propose and implement process

improvements to enhance our overall testing methodology.

What You Bring:


• Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in Salesforce environments.


• Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce testing particularly in Sales Cloud including CPQ and Order Management.
  • Must have E2E testing experience and knowledge in Lead to Cash Process (Lead Conversion, Opportunity management, Quotes, Order Management).
  • Experience in Experience Cloud - Partner Portal Testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
    .

o Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a

related STEM field.
