Job Description: Recruitment Manager – Engineering/LifeScience/Healthcare

About the Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads, hiring managers, and clients to understand and prioritize staffing needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Oversee the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction with the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, as well as applicable recruitment standards.
  • Generate and present regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • 10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a team handling role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities in a high-performance environment.
  • Experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring for US staffing/recruitment.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
