Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in Education Sector Sales
CTC: ₹9 Lakhs per annum (₹4.5L Fixed + ₹4.5L Variable)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager – Business Development who can lead and deliver
aggressive sales targets across corporates, colleges, universities, and training institutes. The
individual will be responsible for 1) direct institutional sales and 2) indirect sales through
channel partners and franchisees.
This is a 100% field and office-based individual contributor role with monthly, quarterly,
and annual target deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Institutional Sales
Generate B2B and B2B2C leads across corporates and educational institutions.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demo, negotiation, and closure.
Build and manage strong client relationships with L&D heads, Directors, Deans, and
Training Heads.
Channel Partner Development
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and franchisees.
Train and enable partners on product offerings and GTM strategies.
Support partners in customer demos, closures, and revenue generation.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities across corporate and institutional verticals.
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to the leadership team.

Candidate Profile – Who Should Apply?
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in selling to colleges, universities, and training
institutes.
- Demonstrated success in corporate B2B or B2B2C sales, especially in EdTech or training
domains.
Strong experience in both direct institutional sales and channel sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and field-ready.
