Key Responsibilities
:

  • Sales and Relationship Management
    : Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and investment preferences.
  • AUM Growth
    : Drive the expansion of Assets Under Management (AUM) by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic solutions.
  • Investment Advisory
    : Offer expert investment advice and financial planning services, using market insights to craft tailored portfolios.
  • Collaboration
    : Work with internal teams—including wealth management, research, and compliance—to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Market Analysis
    : Keep abreast of market trends and economic developments to guide investment strategies and provide timely advice.
  • Client Engagement
    : Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and events to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience as a Private Banker or in a similar client-facing role within financial services. Minimum investment book size of INR100cr.
  • Strong track record in managing client relationships and increasing AUM.
  • Deep knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CFP) are a plus.
