Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide accurate and relevant information to clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Clearly explain services/products and answer client queries effectively.
  • Maintain call logs and records of client interactions.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
