**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain customer database and update call records accurately
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the supervisor
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain good customer relationships
- Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems
- Positive attitude and strong convincing power
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
