Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Icertis ICM/ICI: templates, workflows, clauses, security

Deliver at least 2 full Icertis implementations

Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps)

Ensure data accuracy, system security, and seamless contract lifecycle processes

Apply API-led design, robust error handling, and secure authentication (OAuth/JWT)

Technical Skills & Expertise:

Strong integration experience with Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Streaming APIs, Events)

Hands-on with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, Aura, VisualForce

Proficiency in Salesforce Integration and enterprise connectivity

Solid understanding of contract data models and lifecycle management

Certifications:

Mandatory: Icertis Technical Professional (deep expertise in ICI architecture, customization, APIs, performance tuning)

Nice to Have:

  • Icertis Functional Professional (workflow & configuration)
  • Icertis Administrator (governance & access control)
  • Adapter Specializations Salesforce Adapter, plus SAP, Workday, DocuSign/Adobe Sign

Bonus Points For:

Experience with eSignature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign)

Integration with ERP platforms or SharePoint
