Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate
Icertis
problems.
§ Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (
Icertis
) platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
§ Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
§ Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
§ Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM Icertis data structures and processes.
§ Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
§ Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (
Icertis
) platform issues, and best practices.
Preferred Certifications
Icertis
- ICI Administrator, ICI Practitioner, ICI Technical Professional, ICI Functional Professional, ICI Technical Architect, ICI Functional Architect, ICI AIML Technical Professional, ICI Project Manager.
