Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant for our accounting teams, providing high-quality financial services to US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with CPA firms, expertise in QuickBooks and other accounting software, and strong leadership, communication, and Excel skills.

Roles & Responsibility

-Direct communication with the client

-Responsible for preparation of books of accounts :

  • Accounting/Bookkeeping (day to day, AP/AR etc)
  • Entering bills/Invoices
  • Payroll
  • Monthly Finalization
  • Year End Finalization
  • Review & Reconciliations
  • MIS reports
  • Implement best practices in accounting operations

Client & Financial Management:


• Collaborate with CPA firms and US-based clients for audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.


• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations.


• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.


• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations.

Technology & Software Expertise:


• Utilize QuickBooks, Xero, and other accounting tools for financial management and reporting.


• Leverage Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) for data analysis and financial modeling.


• Implement automation and process improvements using technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not mandatory).


• 3+ years of experience in accounting


• Prior experience working with CPA firms is a strong advantage.


• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and other accounting software.


• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis).


• Strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to handle multiple clients, meet tight deadlines, and manage a fast-paced workload.


• Experience in a KPO/BPO industry is a plus.
