Job Title: Centre Coordinator – Health Project / HR

Location: Maharashtra (Travel to Pune & Solapur as per project requirements)

Reporting To: Program Manager

Job Purpose:

The Centre Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring health project activities across designated centers in Pune and Solapur. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, effective communication with stakeholders, and achieving project objectives within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day implementation of health project activities at the assigned centers.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams, beneficiaries, and the central office.
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Support in organizing health awareness sessions, medical camps, and community engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals, local partners, and other stakeholders for project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and project guidelines.
  • Travel to Pune and Solapur as required for project supervision, reviews, and coordination meetings.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth functioning of the centers.
  • Assist in capacity building and training activities for project staff and volunteers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Any Graduation / Master's in Social Work (MSW) / M.Sc. (Health, Psychology, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or implementation, preferably in health or social sector projects.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra (Pune and Solapur).
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
