Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Srinagar. The Sales Executive will build and maintain client relationships, identify and attract new sales opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include promoting our travel and taxi services, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. Flexibility and adaptability are key as you will actively interact with clients and address their needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the Kashmir tourism and travel sector, including local destinations and customer preferences, is preferred
  • Organizational and time-management abilities for handling multiple tasks and schedules
  • Must be goal-driven, adaptable, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English and Kashmiri or Hindi is a plus
