Job Role & Responsibilities
- Client Visits & Business Development
- Visit potential and existing clients: factories, organizations, supermarkets, retail stores, and distributors.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships for repeat and long-term business.
- Conduct product demos and explain features of Finllie water cans & bottles.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve minimum monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify business opportunities and propose growth strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.
- Collect orders and maintain proper documentation.
Brand Promotion
- Promote Finllie as a premium and trusted water brand.
- Ensure brand visibility with stands, posters, and display materials.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Delivery Handling & Logistics
- Coordinate timely delivery of water cans & bottles.
- Track schedules, check quantities, and manage basic stock levels.
- Handle invoices and support payment collection.
- Maintain records of deliveries, returns, and stock movement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Address customer questions, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth service operations.
- Collect feedback and report improvements.
Key Skills Required
- Good communication in Kannada & English (Hindi optional).
- Experience in field sales and marketing feild (Packaged water, or distribution preferred).
- Ability to manage both sales, marketing .
- Good negotiation, service orientation, and relationship skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
