Leveraging the latest technology and a highly experienced team, we deliver high-quality precision products to clients across India, Europe, USA, Middle-East, Singapore, and Australia. We excel in aero engine tooling for major OEMs like CFM, RR, GE, Safran, and P&W, as well as aircraft tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault. Our manufacturing capabilities cover a wide range of materials and sizes, delivering precision components made from Aluminum, Inconel, Nimonic, SS, and other alloys.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing quality control measures. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting audits, managing quality documentation, coordinating with production teams, and developing improvement plans. The Quality Manager will also be tasked with training staff on quality standards and liaising with clients to address quality-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Compliance Management
- Proficiency in conducting Audits, Inspections, and Quality Assessments
- Strong understanding of AS9100 standards and other relevant industry regulations
- Excellent Communication, Team Coordination, and Documentation skills
- Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
- Ability to train staff and implement Quality Improvement Plans
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry is a plus
