Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in paid marketing strategies, and the ability to drive measurable ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor performance data, identify trends, and optimize for conversions and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting.
  • Manage budgets to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Implement remarketing strategies to boost engagement and retention.
  • Prepare reports and present performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization is a plus.
