About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying business opportunities, managing leads, and building strong relationships with clients — especially in the real estate sector, which is one of our core verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries, especially in the real estate domain
  • Assist the BD team in generating leads and converting prospects into active clients
  • Maintain and update the client database and track interactions
  • Support in creating pitch presentations, proposals, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, VFX) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
  • 1–3 years experience in B2B calling / real estate telecalling / agency presales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest or experience in media, advertising, or digital services
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • A go-getter attitude with willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:
