Accounts Receivable Analyst Associate

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst (Associate) to support the finance team in managing incoming payments, invoicing, and account reconciliations. This role offers great learning opportunities in financial processes within the gaming industry.

What You Will Do

  • Process and monitor customer invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment statuses.
  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
