About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of showroom activities, manage execution of interior projects, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage showroom projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project requirements.
  • Supervise installation, execution, and handover of showroom projects.
  • Ensure effective space management and maintain showroom aesthetics.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by addressing queries and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement with the purchase team when required.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead the showroom team, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the furniture, interiors, or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of showroom operations, project execution, and vendor management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Interior design: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
