Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Finance to join our executive team at a leading Oilfield Services Company with a presence across multiple countries. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) segment, playinga critical rolein supporting businessdecisions, commercial evaluations, financial management, risk management, optimizing performance, and driving financial excellence across the business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering – O&M Segment

  • Collaborate with O&M business leaders to shape and drive segment strategy with a clear financialperspective.
  • Provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance, profitability, and risk management.
  • Partner on commercial negotiations, contract reviews, pricing strategies, commercial bid development and evaluations.
  • Ensure proactive financial support for new project mobilizations and existing contracts acrossIndia and globalregions.

Financial Planning, Analysis s Reporting

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process for the O&M segment globally.
  • Monitor financial performance and KPIs; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare management reports and board-level presentations specific to the O&M business.
  • Drive initiatives for margin enhancement, cost optimization, and cash flow improvements.

Global FinanceLeadership & Compliance

  • Support the CFO in overseeing group-wide financial functions including accounts, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS/local GAAP and statutory compliance in all jurisdictions of operation.
  • Drive financial governance and control frameworks across global locations.

Qualifications s Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
  • MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution is a plus.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in the Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services, or EPC sectors.
  • Minimum 5 years in a regional or global finance leadership role, ideally with multi- country exposure.
  • Strong experience partnering with business units – preferably in Operations & Maintenance and similar services
  • Familiarity with project-based accounting, contract management and JV structures for project bids.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
