Position Title : Associate Manager/ Dy. Manager - Chennai

CTC : 6 - 9 Lacs

Experience: 2 – 8 years/ Age: 25 years – 36 years/ Qualification : Graduates / UG or PG

Role and responsibilities

  • Identifying and understanding leads and prospects
  • Competitor analysis and formulation of counter strategies
  • Track and measure the performance of the marketing personnel in branches
  • Improving awareness of the product and services among customers and prospects in the market.
  • Enhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies based on company policies.
  • Market research and analysis to identify prospective customers
  • Organizing customer loyalty programs and help in formulating targeting and pricing strategies
  • Interacting and negotiating business deals with corporates/relevant stake holders
  • Coordinating with current & future customers, ensuring complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services rendered to customers
  • Responding to customer queries, grievances and providing timely information and redressal
  • Understand the customer needs and improve customer loyalty
  • Forecasting sales and setting sales targets for subordinates.
  • Monitoring sales of subordinates motivating them to achieve targets.
  • Achieving self-targets on sales.

Skills Required: ·

  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Marketing and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledge about leasing and latest trends and enhancement to the products in the market and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Knowledge about legal and regulatory compliances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹900,000.00 per year
