Job Description

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and support scalable deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud/on-prem environments. The role focuses on system reliability, cluster management, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Administer and optimize AWS cloud resources and bare metal servers.
  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Rancher and Harvester clusters.
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent.
  • Manage networking, security groups, firewalls, and load balancing across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Ensure system reliability, availability, and security through proactive monitoring and patching.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and Bare Metal infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Routing).
  • Working knowledge of Rancher and Harvester for cluster management.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Strong problem-solving and automation skills.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD).
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) is a plus.
