Key Responsibilities

  • Work with
    US/International clients
    and build strong, professional relationships.
  • Act as the
    main point of contact
    for clients—handle calls, emails, and regular updates.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver SEO projects within timelines.
  • Coordinate with different teams (SEO, Content, Design, Development) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Conduct project reporting, track performance, and share progress with clients.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure monthly retention and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client requests and actions taken.
  • Lead discussions and propose solutions that match client needs.
  • Schedule regular online meetings with clients to track goals and expectations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in
    SEO, Digital Marketing, or Project Management
    .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools and digital marketing basics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on results.
