Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA & QC teams to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and inspection systems.
  • Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, ISO standards, and industry norms.
  • Conduct in-line, pre-final, and final inspections for production batches.
  • Review fabric, trims, and garment quality reports and approve shipments.
  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams for corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality issues and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain proper documentation, quality manuals, and audit reports.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for production staff to enhance quality performance.
  • Liaise with clients and third-party auditors during quality audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
