About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy and vision to execution and measurable impact. You will drive learner-facing innovations as well as internal tools that enhance user experience, engagement, monetization, and operational efficiency. The role demands a
data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills,
and cross-functional collaboration
with design, engineering, business, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the
    product strategy and roadmap aligned
    with business objectives.
  • Leverage
    market insights, user research, and data analysis
    to identify growth opportunities.
  • Launch and scale learner-facing features to improve
    engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Drive innovations leveraging
    AI, gamification, and payments for adoption and conversions.
  • Optimize the
    end-to-end user journey
    for satisfaction and long-term value.
  • Build and improve
    internal tools that enhance sales
    , operations, and support efficiency.
  • Implement
    automation and intelligent workflows for lead management and conversions.
  • Translate vision into detailed requirements and collaborate with design/engineering for delivery.
  • Define
    success metrics,
    track performance, and iterate quickly.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years of product management experience in
    EdTech, SaaS, FinTech, or Consumer Tech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling consumer products with measurable results.
  • Strong experience with
    internal sales/productivity tools and data-driven optimization.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL/NoSQL or equivalent analytical tools.
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management and leadership skills
    .
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 institution.
  • Exposure to
    AI/ML-driven product development.
  • Experience with
    digital payments, lending, or monetization flows.
  • MBA or certifications in Product Management are a plus.
